We are located on the shores of Loch Ard in the village of Kinlochard, a 10 minute drive from Aberfoyle, only 30 miles from Glasgow.

​Our sauna sits up to 8 people for social sessions and is available for private hire.

Enjoy panoramic views across Loch Ard—quiet, open, and ever-changing—from sunrise through to sunset.

Parking and toilets are available at the Forest Hills Hotel. From there, follow the designated path down to the main road, cross at the adventure centre, and continue along to reach us. It’s also an ideal spot to enjoy a meal or a hot drink after your sauna session.

Roadside lay-bys are also available for parking. We currently provide pop-up changing rooms, and a more permanent setup will be in place soon.
